In a privileged location, you will easily discover the Pointe du Cotentin. Our local stone gite du Cap, which is attached to our house, is classified 3 épis by Gîtes de France.
Comfortably equipped to accommodate up to 8 people, our 170m2 rental property is ideal for holidays with family or friends.
You will have a private parking space available so that you can park your vehicle.
For the well-being of all, pets are not allowed in the gite.
On the ground floor, a fitted kitchen (induction hob with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric coffee maker, Senseo capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette set for 8 people) will let you cook as you wish.
Its spacious room with a beautiful large table is awaiting you to share your meals. A table football game is available for playing with family or friends in all weathers.
The lounge with a fireplace (wood-burner) will be the perfect place to your moments of relax and conviviality.
To enjoy of every moment of your stay at its most, there is a lovely, covered terrace facing south with stone barbecue, teak garden furniture, sun loungers and a fenced lawn.

1st floor:
The simple and practical four bedrooms are equipped with quality bedding, and each has its own private bathroom with shower, sink, and a toilet. You will find at your disposal two bedrooms with 180×200 double beds and two bedrooms with two single beds. (It is possible to separate the double beds into two single beds).
The central heating included in the rental price will ensure you have a pleasant stay. You will also benefit from free Wi-Fi access and a telephone
(only for calls to landline phone in France and for receiving calls).

From Saturday 4.30pm to the following Saturday 10am.
The cost of central heating is included in our rates
- Very High Season and High season: from 800€ to 680€
- Mid-season and Intermediate season: from 570€ to 600€
- Very low season and Low season: 530€
- Other options (excluding school holidays): Weekend (2 days / 2 nights): 350 € + Tourist tax at the current rate on 01/01/2023: 0.85€/night/adult
+Taxe de séjour au tarif en vigueur au 01/01/23 soit 0,85€/nuit/adulte
Attention : Si le nombre d’occupants dépasse la capacité d’accueil, le propriétaire peut refuser les clients supplémentaires ou vous demander un supplément de prix.
