La Maison du Pêcheur

Go on holiday to a privileged place located in the Hameau de la Roche in Auderville, at the Pointe de La Hague in the Cotentin peninsula: from the gite, you will enjoy a view of the sea and you will have a beautiful view of the port and the lighthouse of Goury from the B&B.

You will gaze at the sunsets in all seasons, the comings and goings of the boats on the sea and the famous lighthouse, the storms. You will also like walks on the coast path and cultural tours, etc.

Comfortably fitted out to accommodate 2 people and potentially an additional person, our 40m2 rental property is ideal for romantic holiday, holidays with friends or even alone if your goal is to regain strength.

You have at your disposal a parking space alongside the gite to park your vehicle.

For the well-being of all, pets are not allowed in the B&B.

On the ground floor, you have a bright living room with a large picture window overlooking the sea. A fitted kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge+freezer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster) will let you cook as you wish. The living room also includes a lounge area with Orange TV to relax with a superb sea view.

You will also benefit from free Wi-Fi access and a telephone (only for calls to landline phone in France and for receiving calls).

The gite has a lovely terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a fenced lawn with magnificent hydrangeas overlooking the sea.

On the 1st floor, you find at your disposal a bedroom with a breathtaking view of the port of Goury and its lighthouse. It is equipped with quality bedding (160X200). It is possible to separate the double beds into two single beds.

There is a bathroom with a shower and a sink. Toilets are separate.

On the second floor, fitted attic with possibility of bedding and a desk. Please note that the access to this area is through a straight staircase.

The house is not designed for young children.

Heating is electric.

Rates for 2023 (for a week):

• from the 01/05 to the 31/06 and from the 01/09 to the 30/09: from 330€ to 370€ + electricity
• from the 01/07 to the 31/08: from 480€ to 500€ + electricity
• Winter and Spring school holidays (April): from 290€ to 330€ + electricity

Winter: 270€ + electricity

Electricity consumption is extra if it exceeds 8 kilowatts/day. In such a case, it will be charged 0,15€/kilowatt.

Tourist tax at the current rate on 01/01/2023: 0.85€/night/adult
